Tips for Specific Tools
Pre/Post-Market Movers
Launch it before the open — the 5-Min velocity column needs about five minutes of runtime before it reports. Click the Gap %, Ticker, Vol, or Chg Close % headers to sort. A DATA CHECK tag means a brand-new listing or split artifact — interesting, but not tradeable yet.
Strategies Dashboard
The BUY/SELL arrows are EMA crossover alerts, not commands — in tight chop, after hours, or a Bollinger squeeze they are noise. A real setup is the squeeze breaking with volume and price reclaiming VWAP. Then let the Max Risk Calculation in the sidebar size the trade — or veto it.
Catalyst & News
Type any ticker to get headlines with source and recency, key stats, the next earnings date, and analyst ratings. A big move without a catalyst is usually a trap — this is where you check.
